You're not wrong; I think, discounting Bennett's weird goal, a 1-0 win is on par with what the numbers show, especially the xG. I do think though that *most* of Republic's goals are scored from opponents errors - that's one of the perks of Collins system. That's a positive though, in my mind; the errors don't happen unless Republic forces them with their high press.
On the downside, it's also why Sacramento struggles to score when they hold possession.
